Federal judge denies Clay's lawsuit seeking re-hanging of controversial painting by Chuck Raasch and Adam Aton St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Judge says David Pulphus’s painting, “Untitled #1,” was government speech, and therefore legally removed by members of Congress who objected to its content.
