Dips to $23.6 million, down 8%. Included in the "Arts grant" are: Detroit Institute of Arts, Henry Ford Museum & Greenfield Village, Detroit Symphony Orchestra and The Detroit Zoo. Yes, The Detroit Zoo. The Arts are so different in the Midwest. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
