Kid's book about gay penguins tops list of books conservatives want 'banned' by Corky Siemaszko, Daily News Staff Writer

A children's book about an orphan penguin with two daddies called "And Tango Makes Three" once again topped the American Library Association's list of most frequently challenged books.
