Review: A Sparkling, Peppy & Polished "Mikado" rescues light opera from guilt by Margaret Quamme

This production sets a standard for how to treat a classic with respect. Cast is excellent including JOHN CHARLES McLAUGHLIN as "Nanki-Poo" who is an affecting singer with a light touch.
