At the end of this month, we will see the end of a Broadway era.Of course, eras have a habit of ending at the drop of a hat nowadays, but the premature Dec. 30 closing of Andrew Lloyd Webber's already limited-run musical "By Jeeves!" at Broadway's smallest theater, the Helen Hayes, certainly marks the end of something.
