A.R. Gurney's Sylvia stars Annaleigh Ashford as the hilarious and lovable mutt that is the show's title character. But according to cast member Julie White, audiences are in for more than just a fun bit of animal impersonation. The play is about "how hard it is to get older," she says. "[Gurney] took a subject that's very sad and made it very funny."
