The producers of Broadway's smash Waitress announced today that Grammy Award winner Jason Mraz will extend his engagement as Dr. Pomatter in the show until February 11, sharing two more weeks with the show's Grammy and Tony Award nominated composer and lyricist Sara Bareilles, who returns to the show on January 16 as Jenna, the titular pie-maker.
