The excitement for Ariana Grande's Concert on the Plaza on NBC's TODAY SHOW has been mounting all week. In anticipation of the event, the TODAY SHOW picked two pairs of fans out of the crowd to compete in a sing-off to win VIP passes to Ariana's concert tomorrow. However, as the contestants started singing, Ariana's voice came through the speakers and she emerged from the studio.
