New York Health amp Racquet Club's NYHRC boxing pros have teamed up with the fight choreographers from Broadway's Knockout hit ROCKY to create 'Rocky Ringside,' a new group fitness class. Patrick McCollum, associate fight choreographer for the show, said, 'This is the exact format we were looking for in a ROCKY fitness class -- it delivers an intense and authentic boxing workout.'
