New York Health amp Racquet Club's NYHRC boxing pros have teamed up with the fight choreographers from Broadway's Knockout hit ROCKY to create Rocky Ringside, a new group fitness class. Patrick McCollum, associate fight choreographer for the show, said, This is the exact format we were looking for in a ROCKY fitness class -- it delivers an intense and authentic boxing workout.
