Oh, Audra. Wishing a very happy birthday to R&H legend Audra McDonald! In addition to this very special performance, she also won a Tony Award for her performance as Carrie in the 1994 Broadway revival of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Carousel, sang the role of Marjorie on the 2009 recording of Allegro and played Mother Abbess in The Sound of Music Live! in 2013.
