Poet and playwright Lemn Sissay wins the PEN Pinter prize by Press Association

Judges laud ability to forge beautiful words from sorrows as he sees it as sign to continue Lemn Sissay has won the PEN Pinter prize, set up in memory of playwright Harold Pinter. Sissay, 52, who was an official poet for the London 2012 Olympics, grew up in care and has spoken about how he was imprisoned, bullied and physically abused by staff.
