Applications Open for High Concept Labs' Fall/Winter 2018 Artist Programs
High Concept Laboratories NFP (HCL), a Chicago-based arts service organization, today announced that it is now accepting applications for the 2018 Fall Sponsored Artist Program, HCL's flagship artist and project incubator; and the 2018/19 Winter Intensives, a new short-term residency for working artists.
