Review: 'Marguerite' hits its story's notes soundly, unlike the opera singer by Kenneth Turan, Los Angeles Times

'Marguerite,' which won four Cesar awards in France, is loosely inspired by a real person, Florence Foster Jenkins, an American singer with the soul of an artist, but not the talent of the opera star she imagines herself to be.
