Cambridge's American Repertory Theater production of Dave Malloy's electropop opera Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812 officially opened Dec. 16, following previews that began Dec. 6. The new incarnation, helmed by original director Rachel Chavkin, was reconceived for a proscenium setting and features much of the original cast.
