Rumer Willis Makes Broadway Debut in Chicago Tonight by Adam Hetrick, Robert Viagas

Actress Rumer Willis, who was slated to make her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in the long-running revival of Chicago Sept. 14, joins the Kander and Ebb hit Sept. 21 at the Ambassador Theatre.
