Rumer Willis Pushes Back Broadway Debut in Chicago for Second Time by Adam Hetrick, Robert Viagas

Actress Rumer Willis, who was slated to make her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in the long-running revival of Chicago Sept. 14, will not begin performances tonight as scheduled.
