Courtney Love and Todd Almond Bring Immersive Rock Opera to L.A. by Olivia Clement

L.A.'s Kirk Douglas Theatre has announced that its 12th season will feature the West Coast premiere of Kansas City Choir Boy, the musical collaboration between Todd Almond (Iowa) and rock icon Courtney Love which premiered at New York City's HERE earlier this year. Also featured in the line-up is Young Jean Lee's Straight White Men, that played Off-Broadway's Public Theatre last year.
