Controversial French Play Pulled From Summer Festival by Olivia Clement

The Elementary Particles, a play by Michel Houellebecq, has been removed from the line-up at Croatia's Dubrovnik Summer Festival this July. In an email to the LA Times, a spokeswoman for the festival confirmed that the play was canceled following a "risk analysis" by the Croatian Security and Intelligence Agency.
