Pivot Arts Festival announces line-up by Johnny Oleksinski

The full schedule for the 3rd annual Pivot Arts Festival was announced on Tuesday. The 10-day festival of performances and other events takes place in the Uptown and Edgewater neighborhoods of Chicago in late spring. This year's theme is "Celebrate Community."
