"An American in Paris" is coming to Broadway as a new musical adaptation of the 1951 Academy Award winning film, itself inspired by George Gershwin's 1928 symphonic poem. The guests are theater historian Robert Kimball (author of "The Gershwins"), and Rob Fisher, musical director of the show, to discuss the composer and how his work is being adapted anew.
