Off-Broadway Review: PEG O' MY HEART

Peg o' My Heart has seen its share of iterations since it first premiered on Broadway at the Cort Theatre almost one-hundred years ago.  Its latest incarnation was part of the 12th Midtown International Theatre Festival.  This "new" musical is based on the play by J.
