"Sound of Music" Star Christopher Plummer Talks Oscars Absence and Lady Gaga by Adam Hetrick

Christopher Plummer, who starred as Captain von Trapp in the Oscar-winning 1965 film adaptation of "The Sound of Music," sat down with Deadline.com recently and opened up about why he was absent from the Academy Awards and his thoughts on Lady Gaga's performance of songs from the Rodgers and Hammerstein classic.
