Plan to Diversify California Theatres Raises Questions About Quota, Implementation by Carey Purcell

In an attempt to diversify the theatres in Southern California, a group of Los Angeles theatre leaders have proposed a plan that requests at least 51 percent of theatre company employees to be women, under the age of 35 or people of color, the Los Angeles Times reports.
