Will It Be The Wiz or The Music Man First? NBC Lines Up Two Musicals for Live Broadcast by Adam Hetrick

NBC entertainment chairman Robert Greenblatt revealed that the network is considering two Tony-winning musicals for live broadcast the next two holiday seasons: The Broadway classic The Music Man and the gospel-driven crowd-pleaser The Wiz.
