VIDEO: Cast Performs 'When We Dance'; Sting Talks THE LAST SHIP on Today by TV News Desk

Sting stopped by this morning's TODAY to talk about making his Broadway debut as composer of the musical THE LAST SHIP, which is loosely based on his childhood. In addition, cast members from the show performed the number 'When We Dance.'
