Ensemble Espanol to premiere flamenco work about domestic violence
Flamenco is often referred to as the Spanish equivalent of the blues " passionate, earthy and frequently laced with pain. So it makes perfect sense that this classic form is now being used to tell an intensely dramatic story of domestic violence.
