Citing Financial Problems, Georgia Shakespeare Cancels Holiday Production and Closes After 29 Season by Carey Purcell

Just shy of its 30th anniversary, Georgia Shakespeare, the Atlanta-based professional theatre that specializes in contemporary interpretations of Shakespeare and other classics, will close due to financial troubles, according to American Theatre.
