Rocky Is Down for the Count; Broadway Musical to Close by Adam Hetrick

The new Broadway musical Rocky, based on the Academy Award-winning 1976 Sylvester Stallone film of the same title, will end its run after 216 performances at the Winter Garden Theatre. Producers announced July 15 that the production, which opened to lukewarm reviews in March, will play its final performance Aug. 17.
