Longtime "Law & Order" star S. Epatha Merkerson is returning to Karamu House on the eve of its centennial celebration (the arts and cultural organization was founded in 1915 by Russell and Rowena Jelliffe) to be inducted into the Karamu Hall of Fame as a National Living Legend.
