Post "Normal Heart," HBO Greenlights Adam Shankman Stonewall-Era Drama by Adam Hetrick

Following solid viewership for the May 25 screen premiere of Larry Kramer's The Normal Heart, HBO has greenlit a new gay rights drama from "Hairspray" and "Rock of Ages" director Adam Shankman, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
