Elizabeth Banks, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Rashida Jones Join White House's Turnaround Arts Initiative
The Obama administration is expanding its Turnaround Arts program, an initiative designed to bring arts programs to failing schools in an effort to boost student achievement.
