The Outer Critics Circle, an association with members affiliated with more than ninety newspapers, magazines, radio and television stations, Internet, and theatre publications in America and abroad, has announced its nominees for the 2013-14 season. These are the first major BroadwayOff-Broadway award nominees of the current New York theater season.
