'Shout!' doesn't pack enough of a musical punch

As musical revues go, "Shout!" is a trifle. That said, it's perfect summer filler for a lazy day at the theater. The 90-minute show, which features an array of 1960s pop music, was created by Phillip George, David Lowenstein and Peter Charles Morris.
