English-Language Version of "The Wind Rises," Featuring Voices of Mandy Patinkin, Stanley Tucci, Darren Criss and More, Gets Expanded Release Feb. 28 by Carey Purcell

The English-language version of Studio Ghibli's animated film "The Wind Rises" receives an expanded release Feb. 28, following its Feb. 21 opening in select North American theatres.
