Theatre Company Profile: Irondale Ensemble by Lynda Crawford

I first came in contact with Irondale Ensemble in the early 1990s when one of its founders and Executive Director, the actor Terry Greiss, was a guest speaker at a class I was taking in Theater and Education at SUNY Empire State College. Rather than lecturing about how to use theater in education, Terry led us in theater games that Irondale uses regularly in schools, prisons, and shelters.
