Miche Braden Is Bessie Smith in The Devil's Music, Opening Off-Broadway June 22 by Kenneth Jones

The Devil's Music: The Life and Blues of Bessie Smith, the life-story musical about the jazz and blues singer from the 1920s and 1930s, finds a New York City home (again) in a production that opens June 22 following previews from June 7 at St. Luke's Theatre.
