Playwright Penelope Skinner Wins U.K. George Devine Award for The Village Bike by Kenneth Jones

British playwright Penelope Skinner, whose play The Village Bike begins June 24 at London's Royal Court Theatre, has been awarded the 2011 George Devine Award for Most Promising Playwright.
