Roundabout Plans New Revival of Cabaret in 2014; Alan Cumming Tapped to Reprise Tony-Winning Role by Marc Snetiker

The Roundabout Theater Company is planning a new production of Cabaret in early 2014, according to The New York Times. Macbeth star Alan Cumming is eyeing a return to the role of the Emcee, which won him the 1998 Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical.
