Royal Opera House, London: Stepping in for the injured Johan Kobborg, Canadian guest principal artist Jason Reilly quickly establishes his authority in the title role. If his Onegin is closer to Bram Stoker than Pushkin it is still a performance of incendiary power and sits quite happily in this superlative production. Read the full review
