Cyndi Lauper-Harvey Fierstein Musical Kinky Boots Ends Chicago Run; Production Lacing Up for Broadway by Adam Hetrick

Kinky Boots, the new Cyndi Lauper-scored musical based on the 2005 film about a floundering British shoemaker who has his business saved thanks to some flamboyant clientele, ends its pre-Broadway tryout Nov. 2 at the Bank of America Theatrein Chicago. New York performances will begin in March 2013.
