Dead Accounts, With Katie Holmes and Norbert Leo Butz, Delays Broadway Previews to Nov. 5 by Adam Hetrick

Producers of Theresa Rebeck's comedy Dead Accounts, starring Katie Holmes and Norbert Leo Butz, have announced that the production which was originally to begin previews Nov. 3, will now start previews Nov. 5 at the Music Box Theatre. The delay is due to the effects of Hurricane Sandy.
