Review: Black n Blue Boys / Broken Men (Goodman Theatre and Berkeley Repertory Theatre)
This all turns on Dael Orlandersmith's solo performance, and it's a wonder to behold. She disappears so completely into these boys, men, mothers, etc. that it's not hard to forget you're looking at an African American woman just over 50 years old. (read more...)
