Academy Award Winner Meryl Streep Donates $1 Million to Public Theater by Adam Hetrick

Public Theater alumna and Academy Award winner Meryl Streep has donated $1 million to The Public Theater, artistic director Oskar Eustis announced during an Oct. 4 reception celebrating the organization's $40 million renovation of its Lafayette Street home.
