Most matinee theatregoers on July 18 were unaware of a severe thunderstorm that swept into Manhattan the afternoon of July 18, but at Broadway's Belasco Theatre, where Tracie Bennett is playing tempestuous Judy Garland in End of the Rainbow, patrons were briefly caught in the dark.
