23rd New York Cabaret Convention Will Celebrate Late Impresario Donald Smith; Starry Lineup Announced by Andrew Gans

The 23rd New York Cabaret Convention, which will be held in October at Jazz at Lincoln Center's Frederick P. Rose Hall, will pay tribute to the late Donald Smith, the cabaret impresario who was the founder and executive director of The Mabel Mercer Foundation and creator of the annual convention.
