Obituary: Jack Horton by The Stage

Even when variety theatre was in its death throes in the 1950s, the very best acts still found plenty of work. One such was a song-and-dance troupe, the Trio Vitalites, comprised of Jack Horton, Bob Hargreaves and, in the manner of the eccentric sand dancers Wilson, Keppel and Betty, an ever-changing collection of girl partners.
