CW has ordered the new TV drama Arrow, starring Anything Goes alum Colin Donnell, according to Entertainment Weekly. Written by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim and Andrew Kreisberg, Arrow is a modern-day retelling of the DC Comics character Green Arrow, starring Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Green Arrow.
