Hello, Friends of Halcyon. I'm sorry it took so long to update the Halcyon Blog about my weight loss challenge. I swear I was spending that time dropping pounds. Week one was tough. I have set up a schedule for working out and I have changed my diet. My plan is to start with small changes, and continue making small changes every week. That should help me to keep it up and not get overwhelmed. …
