Polish director keeps Holocaust memory alive
Poland's talented director Agnieszka Holland is on a life's mission to chronicle compelling survival stories of the Holocaust. Her latest, In Darkness, a riveting film about a band of Jews hiding out in the Lvov sewers during World War II, is nominated for an Oscar for best foreign film. The film unspools at Landmark Theatres on Feb. 24.
